We've been getting lots of requests for the Chimi recipe... so low and behold! You can put this on pretty much anything for a flavor punch.... goes really well on seitan. Try it out, take some pictures, and share with us on the Native Foods Facebook Wall how you chimi'ed the churri.

Chimichurri in a Hurry!
1 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 shallot
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth… HURRY!
