The geniuses at Paisley Farm in Ohio are pickling brussel sprouts, and lots of other veggies as well. I picked up a jar a my local "European-style" grocer here in Chicago and I am smitten. I love brussel sprouts and all things pickled, so naturally I freakin' love these things. I recommend you get yourself a jar stat!
