Everyone should eat more kale! It is so nutritionally dense... and quite delicious too. Kale salads are a great alternative to traditional "lettuce-based" salads and are super easy to make, especially if you employ this fantastic store bought dressing:
Cindy's Kitchen Original Creamy Miso (available in alot of grocery stores and Whole Foods!)
This stuff is so good! Chop us some kale, avocado, cabbage and radishes. Toss with the Orginal Creamy Miso and sprinkle with sesame seeds. If you'd like the kale to soften a bit, first sprinkle with sea salt then gently massage with your hands.
