Pesto baked polenta topped with roasted butternut squash, caramelized onions and toasted pumpkin
seeds in a balsamic drizzle over arugula.

with our homemade bleu cheese dressing, oven roasted tomatoes, crispy shallots
and arugula on a warm grilled baguette.

I would love to try some of these but am watching my caloric, fat and carb intake. Do you have the nutrition information available for these items? (Or for any other items on the Native Foods menu?) Thanks!

Nicole, the recipe for the Oatmeal Creme Pie is hopefully in the next cookbook!
