So a few people seem to think that National Frappe Day is today, October 4th…. While a majority of people seems to agree that it falls on October 7th. I say celebrate with a vegan frappe both days, so I am going to go ahead and post this pretty awesome recipe I found. So what exactly is a frappe? Well, there are a couple different versions, a foam-covered iced coffee in Greece and a frozen style coffee drink in France. You can read more about here, from our old friend Wikipedia. I am going to make the frozen French version from a recipe I found here at the Everyday Veggie. I like this recipe because you make coffee ice cubes, which serve a dual purpose. Efficiency people.

The recipe seems easy to prepare and when the cup is full of coffee it looks so delicious!

Looks great! Guess this would be an ideal option for summer. Hope this Almond Frappe will not cost too much.
