Easier now to get a great vegan meal at a banquet function While I was fortunate to receive the Universal Courageous Heart Award for helping animals from the uber compassionate man and fab musician Barry Manilow, the highlight was the vegan gourmet dinner the Westin in Rancho Mirage served! Still dreaming about that fresh warm cobbler with cream dessert!
